While we appreciate and respect the need for donor money to go directly to our project initiatives, we are also in desperate need of some administrative and outreach assistance. True, in-kind donations of these items will not go directly to our project sites, but it will allow us to become more effective fundraisers, grow and work out logistics more efficiently, and ultimately, change more lives for the better.
In order to submit an item listed on our wishlist, please follow the directions through Paypal, after you've added desired items to your shopping cart. Once you've completed the checkout, please keep a copy of the receipt for your records. We will be emailing you proof of item purchase within three weeks of your donation, and any remaining money (above and beyond the actual cost of the gift) will be refunded to you! Finally, once we have received your donation, you will be receiving additional paperwork within three weeks.

 Ladybug Project Posters We would love to have Ladybug Project posters to give to the teachers with work with, both in the United States and in Africa. In addition, these posters will be given to donors as outreach and awareness raising. Once you have checked out through paypal, we will be in touch regarding the specifics of donation. Estimated cost: $450 for 250 posters. $ 450.00  Office Supplies. Envelopes, printer paper, printer cartridges, pens, labels, memory sticks, CD's, organizational supplies...anything you could use in an office, we are probably in need of. At the moment, the organization's staff purchase their own office supplies. $ 50.00  Grant Application Software Allows us to track, find, and apply for grants with greater ease. Estimated cost: $600.00 $ 600.00 |
 Ladybug Project Bumperstickers. We would love to have bumperstickers to give out to donors and raise awareness about our project. Once you have checked out through paypal, we will be in touch regarding the specifics of this donation. Estimated cost: $300 for 100 bumperstickers. $ 300.00  Ladybug Project T-Shirts. We do not yet have organizational t-shirts, as this is one of the most costly upfront outreach items to purchase. We would love to have project t-shirts for our volunteers, for our students overseas, for anyone who would like to represent the organization, and for our donors. We are happy to work with sponsors, and are willing to recognize those sponsors on the back of the shirt. Estimated cost: $750 for 100 shirts. $ 750.00  Donor Tracking Software Allows us to track donors and interact better with our constituents. Estimated cost: $300.00 $ 300.00 |
