Want to help out Ladybug Project this holiday season? Our work in Madagascar and Equatorial Guinea will benefit greatly from your investment in our education and healthcare projects. Check out this video and find out how!
How exciting! Ladybug was featured in a week-long Charity Moment radio spot on CBS radio stations nationwide. Take a listen!
The fundraiser was a success! 75 people came out to support us, and a great amount of money was raised through a silent auction and the sale of phenomenal artwork, created by local artists. The event was hosted by Comedienne Kiana Dancie, and Mia the Peace Leader also came to support the event!
Upset you missed out? Don't worry, there are still auction items on Ebay, with 100% of profit going towards The Ladybug Project. Check out the auction items here!
We have partnered with The Collaborative for a school and office supple drive! These supplies will be shipped to schools in Equatorial Guniea and Madagascar. If you're in the Philly area you can drop and supplies that would be useful for a classroom at The Collaborative HQ, 401 S. Broad St, 2nd Floor (inside the Gershman Y / U Arts building, across from Symphony House). Drop off times are Monday-Thursday, 10am-6pm (you can call Danielle first at)
Our fundraising goal is $50,000...donate to help us meet our goal!
Are you a runner? Do you want to help further The Ladybug Project's goals in Africa?
Join The Ladybug Project's worldwide "Run for Africa" event! Money raised through the 2012 Run for Africa will go directly to Equatorial Guinea, where we will set up the first continuing education program for healthcare workers in the country.
From October 1st to December 1st, runners all over the world will be donning Ladybug t-shirts and running races to raise money for our African healthcare projects...and we need YOUR help!
Signing up is easy, and we don't mind if you walk, crawl, or bicycle...we just want to get people moving for, and talking about, the important work that needs to be accomplished in Africa.
When: Oct. 1st - Dec. 1st, 2012
Where: Your hometown!
Cost: All you need to do is pay up the registration fee to your local race organizers...and that's it!
